Aaliyah Skye Johnson is 13 years old, was born in Hammond, Louisiana and raised in the Livingston, Texas area. Her roots are in Texas, Louisiana and the Hudson Valley in Upstate New York. She has had a love for sketch drawing since the age of 9. Aaliyah’s Italian heritage comes from her maternal lineage. Her maternal grandmother, the late Donna Cuti Williams was 100% Italian, with her roots going back to Palermo and Mezzojuso on the island of Sicily.
